We take our clients’ fashion vision from inception to collection design.
Our services range from designing your entire collection, executing it, and guiding you through various processes required to launch a fashion business to developing and pre-producing your line. Following the steps we have organized throughout years of trial and error is important. This is why you will notice we divide the process into manageable phases to give you breaks in financial commitments and allow you to go on your own if you only need assistance at a specific point.
Phase One: Design & Consulting
We coined this the “dating before marriage” phase. During the design & consulting process, we aim to thoroughly understand and analyze your business, its goals, and your vision for development. Just like marriage, a strong foundation built on open communication and exploration is crucial before committing to development. The team will dive into your business, immersing ourselves in your world to gain a comprehensive understanding. We will explore all aspects to ensure a complete evaluation of your vision, even where we may face challenges. Our team will employ creativity to analyze and deconstruct your existing designs and strategies. By doing so, we can identify areas for improvement and generate fresh ideas to enhance your business's potential for success.

Phase Two: Development
We are now serious and engaged; development might be one of our process's most important, costly, and lengthy phases. Have you ever planned a wedding…or built a house? Don’t let your eye start to twitch, we are here for you. All hands on deck, from our patternmaker with over forty-five years of industry experience to our designer and owner, as well as all of our seamstresses and factory heads. We work together to ensure your pieces fit perfectly in the base size and that the design works for what you envisioned your brand to be.

Phase Three: Pre-Production
We are gearing up for marriage at the pre-production stage, not just the pretty wedding, but marriage. We have now managed to get through all the emotional ups and downs of development, and it’s understood that this industry has many facets to it; it’s not so easy. However, we are still here for you. We don’t have as many steps to go through during pre-production, but they are important.

We made it now, have sealed the deal, and are gearing ourselves up for the big debut into the world as a unit. What comes after production is the beginning again, but we have added some services to the mix to guide you through what is to come.

Phase Five: Visuals
It is important to create a cohesive story and visuals that support your brand's why. We support and collaborate with an experienced Art Director to create impactful images. Designing and producing a photoshoot in studio or location is not as simple as it sounds, unless you are experienced. We take the time to storyboard, cast the right models, style and organize for your photo shoot. There is a process of scouting, selecting the right talent for hair and makeup including logistics that may not be within your bandwidth.
